About Max McMonigle

 Max McMonigle is a Flautist, performer, and educator from south Florida who has studied in various styles, from Classical and Jazz, to Latin and Pop. As well as playing the Flute, he also plays Saxophone, EWI, Clarinet and percussion like Steel Drum and Djembe. His college education started at the University of Central Florida with Classical Music Performance and Psychology, he then moved to Berklee College of Music to study more styles and instruments doing Degree focuses in Performance and Business. He has been an active performer for over 8 years, doing Jazz in groups such as The Paradise Big Band and The Larry Smith Quartet as well as doing solo work for private events and professional studio recordings. He has also been active teaching woodwinds, music theory, and jazz studies for over 5 years from elementary to collegiate levels.
